What's decided, and what isn't

DLT is a student-run pilot. Rather than publish official-sounding terms we haven't actually settled, here's an honest split.

These are draft terms for a pilot service.

They are being reviewed before launch. Nothing on this page is a final legal document yet. If a rule affects your booking, ask support and we'll tell you directly what applies.

Settled

Rules that already apply

Booking

• A seat is held only once payment is successfully completed.
• You must give accurate passenger details. The name should match the student ID carried at boarding.
• You must be at the boarding point by the reporting time shown on your ticket.
• DLT may change the assigned vehicle or driver when operationally necessary.

Travel time

• DLT does not guarantee an exact journey duration or arrival time.
• Traffic, weather, road conditions and operational circumstances all affect the trip.
• Departure time is a commitment. Arrival time is an estimate, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Conduct

• Student ID is required to board.
• Seats are non-transferable without telling us.
• The bus departs at the scheduled time whether or not every passenger has arrived.

A student on the team will answer directly rather than pointing you at a clause. That's the whole advantage of this being student-run.
